    Comprehensive furnace tune-up includes combustion testing, filter and ductwork inspection, airflow measurement, thermostat functionality check, heat exchanger inspection for cracks or damage, and tightening of system connections. We also perform any other manufacturer inspection requirements for your system.
  • AC Tune-Up
    Our AC tune-up covers rinsing and inspecting the condensing coil, checking refrigerant levels, measuring system airflow, tightening connections, inspecting the filter, and testing thermostat functionality. We also perform any other manufacturer inspection requirements for your system.

Whole Home Protection Plan – $47/Month

Up to 4 systems with 1 Annual System Inspection each for Heating, Cooling, Electrical, Mini Splits, and Water Heaters (valued at $1,196)

Tankless Water Heater Inspection

  • Descale Regularly: Remove mineral buildup using a descaling solution.
  • Flush System: Clear sediment and debris by flushing the system periodically.
  • Clean Air Vents: Ensure the air intake and exhaust vents are free from obstructions.
  • Check for Leaks: Regularly inspect for and address any leaks promptly.
  • Inspect Igniter & Flame Sensor: Clean or replace as needed for proper ignition.
  • Verify Venting: Confirm proper venting for gas combustion and safety.
  • Monitor Water Flow: Ensure consistent water flow and adjust settings as required.

High-Efficiency Boiler Inspection

  • Clean Heat Exchanger: Remove soot and debris to maintain efficiency.
  • Adjust Combustion Settings: Monitor and adjust the air-to-fuel ratio for efficiency.
  • Inspect Flue System: Regularly check for blockages or obstructions in the flue.
  • Maintain Pump & Circulation: Lubricate the pump and ensure proper water circulation.
  • Test Safety Controls: Ensure safety mechanisms are functioning correctly.
  • Monitor Water Pressure: Keep water pressure within the recommended range.
  • Inspect for Leaks: Regularly check for and address any leaks around connections and valves.

Residential Electrical Inspection

  • Panel and Connections: Check panels for proper labeling, overheating, or corrosion. Verify secure and tidy connections.
  • Wiring Assessment: Inspect wiring for damage, wear, and proper connections at outlets, switches, and fixtures.
